A. Displaying  the Banners “Swachhta Hi Seva” at  Main Entrance Gate, Office Entrance and KVK Entrance Gate on 15-09-2017

B. Sapath taking Ceremony:  The pledge taking ceremony was held on 16-09-2017 at  4.00 p.m. in the conference hall  of the Institute.

C. Celebration of Sewa Diwas : All employees devoted 2 hours (10.00 : 12.00 a.m.) in cleaning and sweeping their respective sections, labortories and the entire campus of the Institute on 17-09-2017

D. Maintenance of the Housekeeping  activities  in sections laboratories, corridors  and office premises on 18-09-2017.

E. Cleaning  the surrounding areas outside the  ICAR-CCARI

1. Cleaning and sweeping all offices, laboratories & corridors was done on 16th May, 2017.

2.  Swachhta Pledge – the pledge taking ceremony was held on 17-05-2017 at  4.00 p.m. in the conference hall  of the Institute.

3. Weeding of old records and disposing  of old and obsolete furniture & junk material was done on 18th May, 2017.

4. White  washing/painting of all the buildings/ labs and offices  in the Institute  premises   was done on 19th May, 2017.

5. Cleaning  the surrounding areas outside the  ICAR-CCARI  and KVK campus was done on 20th May, 2017.

6. Eminent  environmentalist Dr. D. B. Desai  delivered a lecture on 23-05-2017 on Goa's Water resources.    

7. Beautification  of Children’s Parks on 27th May, 2017

8. Cleaning the area around Karmali Lake on May 28, 2017.
