• 22nd Meeting of ICAR Regional Committee - VII inaugurated..

• Dr. Ayyappan Secretary (DARE) and Director General (ICAR), New Delhi visited the Institute on 8-11-2012.

• A biennial Workshop of AICRP on Integrated Framing Systems was held at this Institute from 16 - 19 November, 2012.

• The QRT of this Institute chaired by Dr. Vijay Mehta, Ex-Vice Chancellor, BSKKV, Dapoli visited the Institute during 28-29 September, 2012

• Two day workshop cum exhibition on "Agricultural Mechanization for small and marginal farmers of Goa" was held on September 11-12th, 2012 at this Institute

• Shree Satyanarayan Pooja performed at the Institute on 14^th August, 2012

• World Zoonoses Day was celebrated at ICAR Research Complex for Goa on 6^th July, 2012.

• "Agricultural Mechanization Program for small and marginal tribal farmers of Goa”   under Tribal sub plan scheme, Government of India was held  on 12th June, 2012 at 10.30 am at this Institute.

• QRT-AICRP on IFS was held at this Institute during June 9-10th, 2012

• A launching programme cum workshop under the Centre of Excellence and Innovation in Biotechnology project on “Translational Centre for Molecular Epidemiology of Listeria monocytogenes (TranceLis) was organized during 23-25 May, 2012. 

• The second meeting of sixth Research Advisory Committee (RAC) of this Institute was held on 16-17 May, 2012.

• Interface meeting with Developmental Departments held on 10th May, 2012

• ICAR Foundation Day celebrated on 3rd April, 2012 at this Institute

• National Seminar on Composting of Coir Pith and use of Geo textiles was held on March 17^th, 2012 as this Institute.

• Stakeholders meeting for finalisation of XII Plan was held at this Institute on 10th Feb, 2012

• Scientist's meet of AICRP on Poultry Breeding and Annual Review Meeting of Poultry Seed Project is being held during January 6 -7, 2012.

• ICAR Introduced ‘Technique to Produce Fodder without Soil’ and ‘Indigenously Prepared Energy Rich Feed Supplement’ For Dairy Animals
