Vigilance Awareness Week celebrated at the Institute

In accordance to  the Council’s letter No. 104-1/2020-Vig-1 dated 13-10-2020, the ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ was celebrated  at this Institute from 27-10-2020 to 02-11-2020.  This year the main focus of Vigilance Awareness Week was “SATARK BHARAT, SAMRIDDH BHARAT (Vigilant lndia, Prosperous lndia)'. Accordingly the following activities were carried out as detailed below:-

 

 Online  Integrity Pledge was administered to all the Staff Members on  27-10-2020 at 11:00 AM on Microsoft Teams.

Banners were displayed at various places in the premises on ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ on 27-10-2020.

         

Online  sensitization programme for  all the Employees on Preventive Vigilance Measures was held on  28-10-2020 at 4:00 PM  on Microsoft Teams. A talk on “Preventive Vigilance Measures” was delivered by Shri Vijay Kumar, Deputy Registrar, IIT-Patna, Bihar on the occasion.

An essay writing competition relating to anti-corruption was organised for for all the Employees on 29-10-2020. The essay topic given was “Corruption free India is possible” or “भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत संभव हैं”.A total of 10 staff members participated. 

 

Vendors meet through online mode on 31-10-2020 at 11:00 AM on Microsoft Teams was held

Distribution of pamphlets, online  on vigilance awareness was done on 2-11-2020.
