One day stakeholder’s meet on Prospective human resource development strategies in Agriculture, Veterinary and Fisheries sectors in Goa and Puducherry

A one day stakeholder’s meet on “Prospective human resource development strategies in Agriculture, Veterinary and Fisheries sectors in Goa and Puducherry” was conducted at ICAR-CCARI on 11-02-17. Dr. B. Ramesh Kumar, Dean of  Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Veterinary Education and Research, Puducherry inaugurated the function. The meeting was attended by dignitaries from Agriculture, Fisheries and Veterinary departments from both Goa and Puducherry. The training covered lectures on current status and future prospects of Agricultural Education in both the states. Further discussions were carried out for the future prospects of trained human resource in the allied sectors. The training programme was co-ordinated by Dr. R. S. Rajkumar (PI) and was chaired by Dr. E.B. Chakurkar, Director, ICAR-CCARI, Goa.
