PMFME Sponsored Training Programme for District Resource Persons for PMFME scheme for Goa

    A  two day training program for district resource persons of Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises for Goa state was held between November 2-3 , 2023. Total 14 trainees participated. The training was coordinated by Dr. Mathala Juliet Gupta, Principal Scientist (AS&PE). The district resource persons were trained on various aspects of PMFME Components, DPR essentials & DPR preparation,  Model DPRs, Banking aspects, General banking system, MIS of PMFME Scheme, Food Safety and Standard Act and Regulations Roles & Responsibilities of Food Business Operator FSSAI - Registration & Licensing , GST Registration, MSME Registration (Udyog Adhar/Udyam Registration), PAN Registration and other regulatory requirement with respect to establishment and operation of manufacturing unit, Plant layout, design & maintenance, Packaging & Labelling Regulation, GMP & GHP including water analysis, Marketing Technique and Digital Marketing, Distribution Channel, How to Sell – Techniques, Export opportunities, Effective and Long-Term Customer Relationship; Digital Marketing, Logistics and supply Chain Management, Linkage with market chain/players, Branding: Importance of Branding, Brand Creation & registration basics. The trainers were  Dr. Mathala Juliet Gupta, Principal Scientist from ICAR CCARI and Master Trainer PMFME,  Mr. Sunil Goel, retired bank Officer,  Mr. Yeshwant Tuyenkar, Project Coordinator, SPMU, Goa,   Kanika Gupta, MT, PMFME, Harishankar Shyam, Professor Marketing, Sharda University, Er.
