Independence day celebrations

          ICAR-Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute celebrated the 73rd Independence Day on 15th August 2019 at 9.30 a.m. Dr. Eaknath B. Chakurkar,  Director (Acting) of the Institute hoisted the flag in presence of all the staff members and their families. On the occasion, he extended  warm greetings to all the employees and others who attended the programme. During his address, Dr. E. B. Chakurkar stressed on the working culture in the organization, and  urged all the employees to strive hard to take the Institute to new heights in the field of research and extension. He also briefed about  the achievements of the Institute and congratulated everyone for it. The meritorious students were felicitated for their academic excellence for the year 2018-2019.There was also prize distribution for the winners of the 3rd Annual Games of ICAR-CCARI, Goa.
