Visit of Shri Chhabilendra Roul, Special Secretary, DARE, and Secretary, ICAR, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare, Government of India to ICAR-CCARI, Old Goa, Goa

 

Shri Chhabilendra Roul, Special Secretary, DARE, and Secretary, ICAR, New Delhi visited ICAR-Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute, Old Goa on 17 October 2018. He visited the Agro-ecotourism Unit developed by the Institute at the 'Block A’.  During a programme of interaction with staff, Dr. E.B Chakurkar, Director (A), ICAR-CCARI, Old Goa apprised him about the achievements in research and development by the Institute. Shri Chhabilendra Roul addressed the staff of the Institute and elaborated various initiatives taken by the council to expedite the administrative processes and make it more transparent. He interacted with the staff on different issues raised.
