Memorandum of Understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between ICAR- Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute, Old Goa and R. P. Gogate College of Arts and Science and R. V. Joglekar College of Commerce, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra on 2nd August 2017 for collaboration in the areas of education, training and research. Dr. Eaknath B Chakurkar, Director, ICAR – CCARI, Old Goa and Dr. Kishor V. Sukhtankar, Principal, R. P. Gogate College of Arts and Science and R. V. Joglekar College of Commerce, Ratnagiri signed the Memorandum in presence of Dr. Shivasharanappa N, Scientist and Coordinator, PME Cell and Dr. M. G. Gore, Associate Professor, Gogate College of Arts and Science.
R. P. Gogate College is reaccredited with Grade A by NAAC Bangaluru and awarded a status of College with Potential for Excellence by UGC. The College is having a state of the art facility of Soil Testing and Analysis. The collaboration is made with a view to exchange of information and get inputs and samples for projects covering the coastal area of Maharashtra region. This MoU is also to collaborate in providing research laboratory facilities for Post-graduation students of the college.
