Bakr-Eid celebrations at the Institute
Bakr-Eid honors the willingness of Abraham (Ibrahim) to sacrifice his son, as an act of submission to God's command, before God then intervened, through his angel Jibra'il and informed him that his sacrifice had already been accepted. In this regard, celebration was organised at residential quarters of ICAR-CCARI on 25th September, 2015 and the members of the ICAR family celebrated Eid with ceremonial elegance and splendour. After greeting each other the Eid wishes, dinner was also arranged at the ICAR Residential Complex.
