Description

This species is characterised with the presence of dark and grey coloured dorsal and anal fins with white banding pattern. The caudal fin is grey to yellow and caudal peduncle with retractable spine present on each side. The lateral side of the body is covered with 6 bluish white vertical bands and 2-3 rows of vertically placed yellow spots between the white bands. There are numerous yellow spots on the head region.
