Description
Mantle stout, slightly dorso-ventrally flattened, mantle wall thin, body tapers evenly from about one-third of its length to posterior tip; antero-dorsal lobe conspicuous, rounded; ventro-lateral lobes low, pointed; Fins together heart shaped and 51-70% of mantle length.

Feeds on crustaceans (Mysids, euphausiids and ostracods) and small fishes
